Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell semi-commercial cardio equipment — folding, incline, commercial and curved treadmills, magnetic and air bikes, ellipticals, a stair climber and a mini stepper, with the mats, lubricant and feet pads to keep them. The grade, motor or drive, and maximum user weight are stated on each listing for domestic and light semi-commercial use.

Loads, assembly and safe use

Every machine has a maximum user weight stated on its listing — do not exceed it. Assemble fully and check all fixings before use, leave the clearance behind a treadmill that the manual requires, always attach the safety key and start slowly. CE marked. Place on a firm level floor and protect it with a mat. This is exercise equipment, not medical equipment — if you are new to exercise, pregnant, or have a heart, blood-pressure or joint condition, speak to your doctor before starting.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
